The UK's primary schools all took part in celebrating World Book Day. Children the length and breadth of the country dressed up as their favourite characters from books. Originally Matilda had wanted to go as The Gruffalo which I was dreading having to make.
Thankfully at the weekend she changed her mind after watching an episode of Doctor Who...the Tardis is what she wanted to be! So the Tardis it was...we didn't really think it through as she struggled to sit down in it! She enjoyed being the Tardis, even making the mechanical noises that go with it. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her prance around in it, great fun!
