London on Valentine's Day...

Six years ago today I met my future husband for the very first time, on a date in Marylebone High Street. Little did we know then that it would be the first day of the rest of our lives. Never having been one to believe in 'love at first sight' and I don't mean to be too self indulgent about it, but I did know instantly that this man was my Soul mate. I had had my fair share of relationships before him and, one particularly disastrous one so I was definitely on my guard when I met this most marvellous man. Immediately he made me laugh, made me feel content, safe and special. What more could a girl ask for? Since then we've barely spent a day apart. He still surprises me and my love for him becomes deeper day by day. I couldn't imagine being without him by my side. Now before this becomes An Ode To The Husband, check out my favourite Valentine shop windows around Londontown. Happy Valentine's Day everyone, have a great night whatever you're doing! We'll be staying home, eating Venison Stew, drinking a glass of bubbly I bought from the fabulous Moet Pop up Store in Covent Garden yesterday. Here's to many, many more Valentine/Anniversary days with my old man!
