The 1st of March brings with it the promise of Spring whilst we wave goodbye to the long Winter. It is also St David's Day. However, it is mostly special to me for me as it our the husband and mine's first Wedding Anniversary. Five years ago today we were married at the Chelsea Registry Office, just us and our witnesses before the big main marriage which would follow in May.
I honestly do not believe I could have found a better husband. Always supportive, kind with the most generous spirit and the best sense of humour. He is a fantastic father and husband, we are very lucky girls. Of course, at times he drives me up the wall but I adore him and, look forward to spending the rest of my days in his company.
So in celebration my gorgeous husband is treating me to a night at the theatre. We'll be seeing Privates on Parade directed by Michael Grandage, whose work I love. Am looking forward to this as actually I've never seen a professional production of it, only student shows. It'll be interesting as I've never considered myself a fan of the show, hoping Mr Grandage changes my mind!
